Bio

Irish living in Scotland, Niamh graduated from the Scottish School of Contemporary dance in May 2018.

Since then she has taught with Scottish Dance Theatre, CityMoves, The Space, Shaper/Caper and Byre Youth and Community arts, designing classes for all ages and levels with a focus on fun and creativity.

A keen dance maker Niamh has had work performed at festivals in Ireland, Scotland and Denmark. See examples of her work in the "Projects" section.

Niamh has a special love for improvising having taken workshops with Rosalind Crisp, Maya Carroll, Katie Duck and Andrew Morris among others. 

She has performed in improvisation nights with Something Smashing in Edinburgh and Third thread in Dundee.

She is currently a part of the Dance Base DEBS program mentored by Angus Balbernie.
